Welcome to the CLLEVER Study

Welcome to the CLLEVER Study
The CLLEVER study is a national study bringing together some of Australia’s leading researchers in the field of nurse practitioner education. CLLEVER is an acronym for CLinical LEarning & GoVERnance, a short title for the project: Educating Nurse Practitioners: advanced specialty competence, clinical learning & governance.

CLLEVER will explore learning and teaching experiences of academic and clinical supervisors and nurse practitioner students. The number of advanced and specialist clinical practice degrees at Master’s level is increasing to meet the community’s healthcare needs. These degrees have a strong clinical focus with learning primarily conducted in the workplace, under the supervision of highly skilled professionals, but the final qualification is awarded by the university. This project will use nurse practitioner students as the demonstration field of practice to explore and document teaching and learning processes.

This blog is created to provide academics, students and any other interested members of the public to inform themselves about our project activities. The project team aims to keep this blog up to date with the most recent project activity.
